My Process
_{♥ Please provide an image reference for me to use. I do not accept AI references. There is a +20% fee on text-based descriptions.
♥ I will make a quick sketch and then take 50% of the payment before continuing.
♥ I will check in with you with progress pictures, and if you approve of the final sketch, I will move on to line art and flat coloring.
♥ Refunds are no longer available after the sketch is approved. If you want to cancel, I will keep 25% of the payment and refund the rest.
♥ After I finish the piece, I will send you a heavily marked version. After I receive full payment, I will remove the mark and email you an unwatermarked version and a smaller watermarked version for social media posts.}

Terms of Service
_{♦ I have the right to post all art that I make, commissions included. All rights to the art I make belong to me. You cannot sell or exchange my art under any circumstances unless you have written permission from me, and the rights are bought from me. This includes but is not limited to: physical, digital, or NFT copies.
♦ All payments are final. If you cancel while I am in the sketch phase, I keep 25% of the payment. If you cancel after the sketch phase, there are no refunds.
♦ Larger commissions can discuss a payment plan.
♦ You can upgrade tiers. However, if you downgrade a tier, the price stays the same, and I cannot provide a refund.
♦ Once I begin working on a piece, some modifications become harder to make. I can make edits during the sketch phase. During lineart and flat coloring, minor changes can be made within reason. Any major changes will require an additional fee, and if it is too drastic, a new commission will need to be made. If you do not like my style, do not commission me and ask me to change my style! However, I do like and accept genuine critique.
♦ I want to put my heart into every piece I make, so I will usually finish a piece within 1-2 weeks. If there are any delays, they will be communicated. Rush pieces (needed in under 2 weeks) are an option, but they have an upcharge.
♦ You are NOT allowed to feed my art to AI. Doing so will result in being backlisted.
♦ If the commission ordered is fan art of an existing character in a series, game, et cetera, I am allowed to reuse that art for other purposes (merch, physical copies, et cetera). You also have the option to buy ownership, and then I would not use it.
♦ Listing price is only the base price and will change if upgraded or with character complexity.
♦ I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
♦ You are allowed to repost and share my art as long as I am credited! @Gadzooksaki
